Sygic version requirements
WinCE releases
Sygic Drive 10 version 832 or higher
Sygic 11.0 or higher
Computer OS requirements
Windows XP or higher
Device requirements
Connection via mass storage mode, or SD card
Process
1. Download and install Sygic Assistant from www.sygic.com/updates.
2. Connect your device to the computer or insert the storage card to the card reader. Sygic Assistant will run automatically.
3. Login to your account (same as at www.sygic.com). If you don’t have an account yet, you can create it by clicking on “Create new account” button.
4. Software and map update options available for your version will be offered.
5. Click on “Buy now” button to buy new products or “Restore” to get to previous versions of products you already own.
When you successfully installed the Sygic Assistant, the app will appare on your desktop like below.
* NOTE: THE OFFICIAL MAP WILL BE CHARGED SOME FEE.

Map updates are usually released along with a Sygic GPS Navigation application update.
Updates are provided 1 – 3 times per year, with the latest maps that we have from our map provider.
All map and application updates for Sygic GPS Navigation on Android and iOS are provided for free once you have purchased your Sygic GPS Navigation license.
Please note: This does not apply for business solutions, such as Sygic Fleet, Drive and others. These solutions have different specifications regarding map updates.
